Brink Legal Search was founded by Dan Docter, who brings both legal and recruiting experience to each engagement. Dan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Following law school, he practiced as a litigator before transitioning into legal recruitment.

Prior to founding Brink Legal Search, Dan spent seven years at a national legal search firm, where he developed experience placing attorneys across a range of practice areas. His background allows him to understand both the technical demands of legal practice and the hiring needs of law firms.
